I’ve been helping clients in the Noosa area change the way they function and move since 2010.
I am experienced in all areas of fitness and strength training, including Les mills group fitness, & boot camps, but have have realised my passion for functional training! As a more mature trainer & having had many mature clients over the years, I’ve noticed how important functional training is, as it helps us in every day life & improves mobility and stability as we grow older. This is something every single one of us will lose if we don’t use or practice it.
Of course the strength training is definitely a key part of what I do, as it’s so important for bone density & general well being.
My experience and holistic approach to health and fitness will help empower you on this life-changing, mind and body journey.
